Production suite available December 1st 2024. 22x19 (little over 400 sq. ft.). Largest studio in facility. Grade A soundproofing. Looking for "work in the box" individual. (No multiples of group sharing studio). Studio has been available twice in the last 9 years. Studio has always been used for film-tv scoring, sound editing, post, etc. Serious inquiries only. Please note in fairness that long time current tenants will have first option to claim the studio, so a possibility of a mid size studio would be available instead, approx. in the 300 sq. ft. range.
